Our Return Policy
Unused merchandise, may be returned up to 30 days from the date of receipt, for exchange or refund (minus the cost of shipping).
Returned merchandise must be in a new, resalable condition, in its original packaging or it will not be accepted.
All of our merchandise has a 100% money back guarantee against defect and faulty workmanship. If you receive a defective product, it may be returned up to 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (including standard shipping). Products will not be replaced or refunded due to normal wear and tear, negligence, or damage due to use not in accordance with instructions.
Prior to returning your product, please contact us via email at customercare@lmn-toss.com in order to obtain an authorization number which will be used as a reference. Please provide details regarding reason for return.

Orders from our on-line store can be shipped within the United States via USPS or UPS. For Canada, via UPS standard ground only. If you are interested in shipping to another country, please contact us by email iorders@lmn-toss.com.
We can not ship to P.O Box addresses at this time. Also, shipping to military addresses may require additional processing time, please contact us by e-mail prior to placing an order with a military shipping address.
We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping and handling fees are added to the total purchase price prior to processing payment. Processing takes 1 business day and orders are shipped the following business day. Via e-mail, you will receive the shipping date and tracking number.
Double check your order details prior to submitting. Pay particular attention to the shipping address field so we can ship to the right address.

Product & Safety Information

Please read carefully the following instructions and safety information:

  • LMN-TOSS® products are not suitable for babies and infants.
  • LMN-TOSS JR.® was designed for children ages 4 to 10, seniors and families.
  • LMN-TOSS® is suitable for ages 8+ however the minimum recommended age is 10. This product is also suitable for teenagers and adults.
  • The LMN-TOSS® products are not dog toys!
  • LMN-TOSS® products are not only for children. They offer fun & exercise for the whole family.
  • LMN-TOSS® products have some water tolerance which allows you to play outside while it's raining, on a wet lawn, in the snow, at the beach, etc. However, it is not for playing inside swimming pools, lakes, the ocean or sea; water saturation will damage the product.
  • LMN-TOSS® products are not to be used as a flotation device.
  • Use LMN-TOSS® products outdoors only.
  • To reduce risk of injury and damage to the product, do not play under trees or near electrical or phone wires. Always play in open areas that are not crowded with people.
  • Do not play with the LMN-TOSS® products while there is a strong wind that may divert it from your intended direction.
  • When tossing, do not aim at head or face; aim above or near the person/s you are playing with.
  • Do not use a damaged or broken product.
  • Always have adult supervision when children are playing

  • LMN-TOSS® products are made using rubber foam. This material has a limited tolerance to water and high temperature. To maintain longer product life, do not leave it out in the sun or on a wet surface for more than few hours. Best if stored indoors and placed flat.
  • LMN-TOSS® products are soft and flexible by design. The natural shape is ring like but not perfectly circular. Keeping the product folded/bended for long time will cause deformation.
  • Please store product carefully. Lay flat on a shelf. Do not fold, bend or hang on a hook as this may deform the product.

    How to Play

    There are really no rules. Simply toss the LMN-TOSS® vertically. Use the EZ-TOSS® GRIPS when tossing, to maximize accuracy and distance. Catching is easy thanks to the soft rubber foam. Games are usually played with two or more people and with one or more LMN-TOSS® at a time. Parents and grandparents can find the LMN-TOSS® to be a great product for fun and exercise with the children.
